Wildlife Viewing: A favorite guest activity, Boulder Brook provides excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing. Elk, deer, bighorn sheep, fox and occasionally bear have been seen on the property, attracted to the river and open spaces. Local birds enjoy hanging out at the Boulder Brook bird feeders. Stellar’s jays, woodpeckers and magpies are seen frequently, as well as many small birds and even wild turkeys on occasion. BBQ facilities: What’s better than the wild outdoors and a barbeque??? At Boulder Brook, gas barbeques and picnic tables are situated strategically throughout the property. Stop by the Front Desk and borrow cooking utensils, grab the cooler, and you’re ready to go!

Riverfront sitting areas: Enjoy the sounds of the Fall River from your private deck, or enjoy our comfortable benches and lounge chairs located along the riverfront. Fish in the river (permit required), listen to the birds and watch for wildlife.

Outdoor hot tub: Relax in our always hot hot tub, surrounded by tall pine trees, facing the Fall River and underneath a sky of brilliant stars. Extra towels available from the Front Desk.

Movie & Music library: Stop by the Front Desk to take advantage of the large selection of DVDs and videos available for check out at no cost. All rooms come with a dual DVD/VHS player.

Board Games: Spending a quiet night indoors? Grab a game or two from the front desk! Create a fun family evening with popcorn and hot chocolate. And of course, use of the games is complimentary.
